Un peu d'histoire : Punch chaud et réconfortant pour huit convives, le Déjà Brew superpose xérès amontillado, bourbon, amaretto, thé noir à la cardamome glacé, sirop d'érable et bitters au chocolat. Huit boules de glace à la noix de coco flottent en surface pour un contraste chaud-froid.
Profil gustatif : Création de Lauren Mote inspirée par God's Mountain, ce punch festif combine les traditions du toddy britannique et du café arabe dans un format généreux à partager entre amis.
Ingrédients
- 6 cl amontillado sherry
- 6 cl bourbon
- 3 cl amaretto liqueur
- 12 cl chilled Cardamom Black Tea
- 6 cl maple syrup
- 8 trait es (8 mL) chocolate bitters
- 1 8 small scoops coconut ice cream

Instructions
- 1Dans un verre à mélange, Ajoutez sherry, bourbon, amaretto, tea, maple syrup, et les amers, en remuant pour mélanger. Keep chilled until ready to serve. When ready, lay out four teacups avec saucers et demitasse spoons. Ajoutez 2 small scoops of ice cream to each cup. Serve tableside, pouring 2½ ounces (75 mL) of tea mixture over ice cream in each cup. Pour la garniture, Mélangez coconut et pine nuts on a dish et Servez a demitasse spoon, passing crunchy topping around for guests to help themselves. Marriage proposal optional.
