Profil gustatif : Création de Lauren Mote inspirée par Louisville, ce cocktail incarne le style Southern : le bourbon rencontre le thé glacé sucré dans un format désaltérant et élégant qui célèbre les saveurs du Sud américain.
Ingrédients
- 3 cl bourbon
- 3 cl Solar Flare Orange Vermouth or Cinzano Orancio vermouth
- 3 cl Jaffa Orange Crush Cordial
- 2 trait es peach bitters
- 12 cl chilled peach-flavored black tea
- 1 Peach fan

Instructions
- 1Dans un verre collins filled avec cubed ice, Ajoutez bourbon, le vermouth, le cordial, et les amers. Remuez gently avec une cuillère de bar to chill. Ajoutez more ice if necessary; it should be right to top. Fill le verre avec tea et Remuez just to combine. Pour la garniture, slice a long cheek off side of a peach. Cut it dans 5 thin slices (1/16 inch/2 mm thick) et thread a cocktail pick through bottom edge of all slices together. Fan out from top once bottom is secure, et Placez pick side down insur le verre.
