Un peu d'histoire : Paysage peint à la main, le Landscape Painting associe vermouth rouge Carpano Antica, rye whiskey et brandy de cerise non vieilli dans un Manhattan allégé. Le vermouth domine la composition, le rye et la cerise apportent la profondeur en touches discrètes.
Profil gustatif : Création de Natasha David au Nitecap, ce cocktail inverse les proportions du Manhattan classique : le vermouth mène la danse, le whiskey suit, et le brandy de cerise ajoute une note fruitée qui remplace les bitters.
Ingrédients
- 6 cl sweet vermouth
- 2 cl rye whiskey
- 0.8 cl unaged cherry brandy
- 0.5 cuillère à café Branca Menta
- 1 trait absinthe
Verre
- Verre Nick & Nora(150ml)
Instructions
- 1Dans un verre à mélange réfrigéré, versez le vermouth doux, le whisky de seigle, l'eau-de-vie de cerise, le Branca Menta et l'absinthe.
- 2Ajoutez des glaçons et remuez.
- 3Filtrez dans un verre Nick and Nora.
- 4Garnissez de 3 cerises au brandy sur un pic.
